Plain bearing blocks have a precision moulded acetal sheave running a large diameter brass centre bearing ensuring free running under the highest of loads.

- Mast foot blocks
- Mast head halyard blocks
- Kicker or vang tackles
- Backstay tensioner tackles
- Downhauls: spinnaker, mainsail and jib
