Medium Cleat 3 - 12mm Carbo
The combined advances in rope, materials and computer technology has called on all the resources of RWO engineers to meet the challenge and produce the most efficient cleat in the world. Unique teeth progression which has been scientifically tested to offer similar amounts of holding power on small or large rope diameters (just try and use a smaller line for same application and hold it in your hand to get some idea of the grip required.)
On older cams just one or two teeth attempt to retain the rope which was ok for more forgiving old fashion softer rope, but now with the harder core Hi-tech rope higher loading under tension are resisting deformation. More teeth contact but at less depth means a kinder cleat to rope wear, easier entry and exit.
