Dow Corning Silicone Sealant
A soft flexible silicone rubber sealant which fills and caulks gaps, joints and cracks around the boat.
- It will adhere to glassfibre, metal, sailcloth, glass, paint and varnished wood as well as most plastics.
- Ideally suited to fill joints where pipes or trunking pass through decks or bulkheads where flexibility is required to ensure watertight joint.
- Can also be used to make gaskets for water pumps, exhaust systems etc
- Heat resistant and is unaffected by immersion in salt or fresh water
